Comments and Suggestions
We are happy to accept and consider comments and suggestions from our patients. Please present your views in writing to the reception or use our suggestion box at the reception.

Complaints procedure

Chalfont Road Surgery aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know. Speak to whoever you feel most comfortable with – your GP, our practice manager or our reception staff will be happy to help.

In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, you can ask for a copy of our complaints procedure and complaints form at reception. For more general comments and suggestions, please use the suggestions box in Reception.

Please note that we have to respect our duty of confidentiality to patients. A patient’s consent will be necessary if the patient does not make the complaint in person.

Patient Participation group
If you would be interested in joining a group of surgery patients to help us discuss how the surgery and the health of local people can be improved, please ask for a Patient Participation Group form at reception. There is no commitment to attend lots of meetings, and if people prefer, much consultation could take place by email.
